Omnitrack Movement Solutions Spotlight – 9341 High Capacity Ball Transfer Unit

Our movement solution in the spotlight this month is the Omnitrack High Capacity 9341 Ball Transfer Unit.

Rated at 1100 Kg [2425 Lbs] each, this ball transfer can work ‘ball up’ (with items conveyed over the top), ‘ball down’ (like wheels attached to a moving item) and at every inclination between the two (in V blocks or as horizontal guides / cam followers) without any loss in load bearing capacity or quality of movement, thanks to the innovative Omnitrack ‘double recirculation’ internal mechanism.

Being a member of the Omnitrack High Capacity range, the 9341 offers the lowest coefficient of friction possible of all ball transfer units at just 0.5% of the conveyed load in optimum conditions. Simply install the 9341 into your application using the holes in the flange and four M8 or 5/16” countersunk bolts.

The 9341 is user serviceable so can be dismantled for inspection, cleaning or internal part replacement should the ball unit display signs of contamination. There are several material upgrades & combinations available to help withstand the harshest of environments, surviving high or low temperatures, wet & dirty conditions or radioactive & marine applications.
