LevelEx Ex-d cable gland
The safe Ex cable gland for areas "Ex-d" and "Ex-e"
With the LevelEx, PFLITSCH takes safety and ease of installation to the next "level". It excels with its compact design, non-detachable parts and a wide field of application for the areas "Ex-d" and "Ex-e". The LevelEx® was developed for applications in industries such as oil & gas, the chemical industry and special vehicle manufacturing.
The LevelEx consists of only four parts. The sealing element is designed so that it cannot be detached and possibly lost during installation. Protection types IP 66 / IP 68 and the compliance with the requirements for explosion protection types "Ex-d" and "Ex-e" are other outstanding features.
The LevelEx is available in sizes M16 to M63 and with NPT threads of 3/8“ to 2 1/2“. They are capable of reliably sealing cables of 7 mm to 56 mm diameter. With their wide temperature range of -60 °C to +130 °C and approvals in accordance with ATEX and IECEx, the LevelEx® is also suitable for use in extreme environmental conditions and temperatures.
