Great success for ENOMAQ/OLEOMAQ 2015

More than 25.000 visitors have taken part to this great event, raising by 5% compared to the previous year.

Pieralisi booth has been one of the most visited booths at the expo and has been declared the best booth for the project construction and design.

At this booth all the specialists of the olive oil sector, coming from every part of the Iberian Peninsula, could see one of the last Pieralisi innovations in the olive oil division: the new FATTORIA plant, the continuous processing plant specially designed by Pieralisi Group to meet the needs of those who wish to process small quantities of olives, but also suitable for batch processing.

Many millers have been positively impressed by the advantages of the continuous processing plant that can be integrated with the centrifugal extractor Leopard 2, an extractor producing an excellent extra virgin olive oil and two reusable by-products, a dehydrated residue suitable as fuel and a "pâté" made up of wet pulp without any traces of kernel.

The General Manager, Giuseppe Parma, has invited all the participants to Expoliva that will be held in Caen from 6th to 9th May and where Pieralisi Group will show some innovations that will make the miller''s work easier.

Regarding the separation solutions division, the Group has shown Pieralisi Integral System (SIP) that offers to wine cellars a range of oenological solutions in one joint working quickly and continuously (up to 600.000 kg of grape in a day).

The word “Integral” is given by the completeness of oenological applications that SIP is able to offer to the wine cellars in one solution: it is not only a decanter, it is a System.

Pieralisi oenological decanter of new generation was presented for the first time at Enomaq 2013 expo.

It is characterised by its pink colour and it has been used to define the new generation of Pieralisi Oenological Decanter, distinguishing it from the previous models of Pieralisi decanter grey in colour.
