Multitool extends dispenser package

New multifunctional assembly aid from preeflow makes commissioning easier

Good tools for assembly are essential. Even though the products of the preeflow portfolio are designed according to the plug'n'play principle, there are still a few steps to be taken before the system runs. The new multitool makes installation even easier than before.

First, the dispenser must be adjusted with the stator which is not pre-installed. This is where the multitool can be used for the first time. The stator is lightly pressed onto the rotor and the mounting aid is attached to the coupling star so that the pins engage in the star. Now the multitool is rotated and sets the rotor string in motion. The rotating movement causes the stator to rotate on the rotor (this process can also be applied when uninstalling the stator). The next step is to screw the dispenser back together. The multitool requires less effort and the rotation can be carried out ergonomically. The dispenser is now ready to connect and to switch on.

But the main advantage of the multitool only becomes apparent when the mixer is mounted on a 2K dispenser. The principle is quite simple, because the mixer is also screwed onto the dispenser by a rotary movement. Sometimes, however, more force is required and the ribbed surface of the bayonet lock is also not designed to be very finger-friendly. The mixer can be inserted into the mounting aid and also acts - as with the stator installation - as a rotating aid. This step can also be applied when uninstalling the mixer.

As the experienced dosing user knows, it is always the case that static mixers are dirty or sticky and difficult to remove. But that's over now: The multitool is now included with every delivered dispenser.
