XYZ Three-Axis Systems with Built-in Controllers

Zaber’s motorized stages can be assembled into many different configurations including XY, XYZ, and XYZ/rotation

The most common stage families for XYZ combinations are T-LSM miniature linear stages, T-LSR linear slides, T-LS linear stages, and A-LSQ linear stages, but any combination of Zaber’s stages can be used to build a system.

Zaber’s XYZ systems are suitable for a wide range of markets, including photonics and optics, instrumentation, imaging, material science, and lab automation. Some sample applications include semiconductor wafer probing, laser positioning, fibreoptic alignment, and thin film coating and testing.
