Better Engineering Manufacturing Inc.’s Drum Washer system is designed to clean and dry complex parts with a rotary drum between 12" and 48" with a continuously welded helix. The unit’s drum is positively driven with a chain, and the drive motor moves at a variable speed protected by a torque overload sensor. The system is designed for modular expansion without a torch or welder. The unit’s drying modules use high-volume airflow engineered to recirculate, to conserve energy and avoid air blowout.
