X-LRQ-SV Linear Stage with built-in Controller

Zaber has released a high load, vacuum compatible linear stage with a built-in controller: the X-LRQ-SV.

With a low profile of 36 mm, the innovative stage design allows speeds up to 205 mm/s and loads up to 100 kg. Zaber devices allow daisy-chaining in a vacuum chamber, decreasing cables and clutter. Only four feedthrough wires are required to control all devices in a daisy-chain via serial port. These stages are vacuum compatible in high vacuum (10-6 torr) or low vacuum (10-3 torr).
