FLIR C2: POCKET-SIZED THERMAL CAMERA

Detect Hidden Problems Before They go From Bad to Worse

FLIR Systems, a world leader in thermal imaging, has unveiled its new highly-portable FLIR C2 camera. Described by FLIR as the “first full-featured, pocket-sized thermal camera” the C2 is designed to help building experts and other professionals uncover hidden issues, for example sources of heat loss. The FLIR C2 builds upon existing systems and includes FLIR’s patented MSX imaging feature while also rivalling the size of the iPhone-powered FLIR ONE. It has a wide-field of view, 41° x 31° FOV and a temperature range of -10 to + 150 degrees celsius.

The slim thermal camera comes with a powerful punch, its 4800-pixel detector captures and displays subtle thermal patterns and minute temperature differences. The C2 has a sleek touchscreen control that puts all its diagnostic tools at the user’s fingertips, allowing building professionals to manipulate the image and create reports. FLIR’s patented MSX adds extra detail to give context to the image you are viewing, such as providing the outline of drawers and cupboards in a kitchen as you search for plumbing located in the walls behind.
