WORLD PREMIERE FOR HD-XEVO AT 2014 EUROBLECH

Vernet Behringer Unveils New Drilling, Milling Machine at EuroBLECH

Vernet Behringer has unveiled its newest drilling, milling machine for profiles at the 2014 EuroBLECH in Hannover, Germany, which runs from October 21 to 25, 2014. The HD-Xevo is the successor to the HD-X machine and retains the key features of its predecessor while adding additional axes with 500 mm stroke, new machining possibilities and improved working speed. The new machine offers increased rotation speed, now up to 4000 rpm, for faster carbide drilling and possesses a more rigid frame that is equipped with reinforced spindles and employs prestressed linear guides and ball screw.

According to Vernet Behringer, new exclusive milling tools will allow for “fast processing never ever seen before in this field.” The company also highlights its development of new software solutions that allow for “new notching cycles by milling, simultaneous drilling/milling and sawing (if permitted by part drawing),” and the opportunity of 3D viewing of parts before they are produced. Vernet Behringer has a reputation as a world leader in its field and one of the fastest most reliable lines in the world.
