AQUA CUTTER 410, THE “WORLD’S SMALLEST” HYDRODEMOLITION ROBOT

Adaptable Hydrodemolition Robot Goes Where Others Can't

Aquajet Systems AB, noted specialist in hydrodemolition robots, are the creator of the Aqua Cutter 410, the “world’s smallest” hydrodemolition robot. Sewdish-based Aquajet are renowned for their very effective and dependable robots which incorporate its Intelligent Sensing Control system ISC.

The Aqua Cutter 410 is a powerful robot that is ideal for hydrodemolition applications in confined areas, for example concrete sewer pipes, small tunnels and restricted spaces within buildings. Weighing 1,000 kg it is light enough to operate from scaffolding. The adaptable robot can handle most concrete removal tasks on floors, walls or overhead tasks. Normally working with 700 to 2500 bar pressure and 60 to 180 l/min, the Aqua Cutter 410 effectively replaces the requirement for manual handlances and gives clients the ability to reassign their work force to other tasks.

The 410 also comes with a range of ‘tools’, such as a rotor for surface preparation and rehabilitation work inside pipes, a single lance for surface removal and a hydraulically operated arm capable of reaching up to four metres.
