TRU-Vu Launches 27” Medical-Grade Touch Screens

TRU-Vu Monitors, Inc., a leading supplier of Medical-Grade video displays, has launched a new line of 27” Medical-Grade Touch Screen monitors.

The new MMZBTP-27 Series touch screen monitors feature a 27” LCD screen with 1920 x 1080 full HD resolution and very wide 178° x 178° viewing angles. This enables quick and precise critical decisions by surgeons and other healthcare professionals. The Projected-Capacitive (P-Cap) touch screen provides multi-touch capability and highly accurate touch points. They can be activated with exposed fingers or surgical gloves.

The VGA, HDMI and DisplayPort video inputs ensure maximum connectivity to other devices. Rear VESA mount holes enable convenient mounting to boom arms, wall mounts or medical carts. And the modern zero-bezel edge-to-edge front glass enhances visibility, and greatly simplifies cleaning.

The MMMZBTP-27 Series touch screen monitors are available with either external or built-in Medical-Grade power supplies, and hospital-grade Green-Dot power cords. They are fully certified to meet UL-60601-1 3rd edition regulations for operating room use.
