Easy machine automation with VENUS Servo Controller
When you need to automate a machine, with added value, but with a reduced cost, look at VENUS Servo Controller
With features such as built-in programming capability, integrated I/Os, network or point to point communications offers and ideal control solution when combined with visualization components.
VENUS DC Servo Controller can be programmed with the software suit Motion Composer, tool for developing and debugging programs for Ingenia Servo Drive. Programs are created by one or more instructions that can combine moves, gains adjustments, timed delays, etc. Program instructions can also apply conditional logic and jumping, control the Servo Drive's digital outputs, and monitor the digital inputs.
All the program, configuration and drive parameters can be access through CANopen; whilst the servo drive handles logics and machine control, a remote HMI can be used for data monitoring, alarms and system configuration.
VENUS servo controller gives you ‘just enough’ features to provide stand-alone machine control at an ultra-low cost. It is ideally suited for HMIs with CANopen protocol eliminating the need for a separate PLC.
