Light Heavy-Duty Panels

Panels from Glass Fiber-Reinforced Thermoplastic Resin

When compared to standard wooden planks, commonly used in the building industry, Stadeck panels are better recyclable and according to the manufacturer Sabic, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, up to 60 percent lighter.

They reduce the overall structure weight of the application and cost up to 32 % less than conventional planks. Corrosion-free and moisture resistant, Stadeck panels have been shown to have a longer life than wooden planks. Thus, the new panels are well suited to building applications such as scaffolding, frame works decking, fencing, floodwalls, jetties, sheathing, and wheel chair ramps. Quickly installed, they are also well suited for temporary applications such as flooring at events and festivals.

The panels can be produced in different colors like wood, stone and grass variated colors - and come in the following standard dimensions, although custom lengths can be supplied on request: gauge 55 mm; width 230 mm; and lengths of 3,000 mm and 6,000 mm.
