BB 12-24 – High Speed Beveling Bench
The electric BB machines can be used either on the job site or in the fabrication workshop. These heavy duty bevelers will bevel, face and counterbore heavy wall pipes either individually or simultaneously.
The BB machines are high speed bench bevelers. They can be attached to the floor, if desired, are easily installed and clamp onto the OD diameter of the tubes and pipes.
They can be easily operated by a sole operator. Used with the optional profile tracking device, they will machine oval pipes, leaving a root face of a consistent width, which is required when using orbital welding processes.
The BB machines achieve repeatable and perfect weld preparations on all materials: mild steel, stainless steel, exotic alloys such as incoloy, hastelloy, duplex, super duplex…
