Tubes Orbital Cutting
The tube cutting is a necessary machining operation for the prefabrication, construction, maintenance or repair for the removal of parts damaged by corrosion for example.
Tubular components are affected by the substances channelled who affect the original condition of the tube. Oil, gaz or water at High-pressure affect chemically or mechanically (abrasive) the corrosion of the tube.
When the replacement of the tube is absolutely necessary, the cut is made in upstream and downstream sectors of the damaging tube. This maintenance operation can be done on-site and requires the best equipements for a perfect surfaces quality before welding operations.
