PTM wins Red Dot Design Award 2019

PTM mechatronics sets new standards with its GENERATION 2.19

With its clear-cut shape, smooth surfaces, functional details and individual colour design, the stirring and agitating technology eco-Series of PTM mechatronics sets new standards with its GENERATION 2.19. The new unique quick-change system for agitator shafts eco-Quick enables the change of agitator shafts with just one hand in a matter of seconds. Its practical functionality together with the redesign of the eco-Series were honoured with the Red Dot Design Award 2019.

The international design competition, the Red Dot Design Award, is an annual award of especially innovative and outstanding product design, communication design and design concept ideas and one of the most popular quality marks worldwide. The jury, consisting of experts from all over the world, evaluate the optical appearance as well as functionality and innovation.

The eco-Series offers stirrer motors and drives, agitators and additional accessory like lifting stations or stirrer elements with secure ATEX protection in zone 1 and 0/1, extremely high torque, reliable control, quiet operation and acetone resistance. Additionally, it is extremely economical and saves high costs compared to vane motors.
