AUTOMATIC HOSE GUIDE: A USEFUL ACCESSORY FOR EVERYONE

The series of open hose reels 430, 530, 540 and 560 can now be integrated with the new automatic hose guide. It is a tool that guarantees the correct arrangement of the hose on the drum, avoiding the disorderly rewinding.

The tool has been designed to move independently during the re-entry of the hose. It is made of painted steel or AISI 316 stainless steel and is equipped with a hose guide with rollers arranged both horizontally and vertically with an adjustable width according to the hose in use.

It is in fact possible to use hoses up to 1/2 "and from 3/4" to 1 "depending on the chosen code.

The automatic hose guide can easily be assembled on both new hose reels and equipment already in use and is recommended for the following reasons:

1. ensures the non-overlap of the tube on the drum and consequently avoids any rewinding

blocks

2. facilitates and eases the hose recovery operation

3. allows you to exploit 100% the capacity of the drum

4. ensure a rewinding ordered even with special hoses

5. allows a rewinding ordered also with hose reels positioned in places difficult to access or move.
