The new Gemini 801
The Gemini 801 is built for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials at a 90º angle. It features a single frame which provides stability to improve the production accuracy. The machine's cutting head and feeding carriage movements are axes which are controlled electrically. The current PLC technology, including a user-friendly display, is also built into the device.
The machine can operate as a standalone or in combination with various loading magazines. It may also be equipped with tube-end finishing modules such as deburring, washing, drying, and gauging. The machine is also built with a linear module and is controlled by brushless motor feeds that automatically cut the parts into the gauging unit from the saw.
All adjustments can be quickly set from the sawing machine panel.
