Brass and Ecobrass, ALU and CU cutting machine
Chips free cutting line!
Ralc Italia just delivered its first "three metals" cutting line, being suitable to cut brass and ecobrass, aluminium and copper solid bars.
The cutting machine will be part of the most productive forging line processing three different materials existing in Europe and it will be installed in France at Le Bronze Alloys.
Thanks to a suitably dimensioned suction system, the cutting area is totally free of chips, thus ensuring the non contamination between the materials when changing the production.
Besides these special features, this Gemini 802 of course offers its standard features, such as - important in forging - the cut at weight function (additional to the cut at length) and the diameter control when using the cut at weight function.
