Full automatic line for cutting, brushing, washing, pressing and polishing.
From the stock bar lenght to the finished piece
We are proud to present to you a special cutting line, which is currently being produced in our plant.
This line fully represents the perfect synergy between the over 50 years Conni’s experience in building cutting lines and the high Ralc Italia’s know-how in industrialization and automation.
The standard Kronos cutting machine combined with bundle magazine is in this project the starting point for a high technology full automatic line, satisfying the latest Factory 4.0 guidelines.
After cutting, the piece is brushed and washed and then transferred by robots to two multiple press units.
The final polish treatment is the result of a one-to-one customized operation, which was developed in order to provide the customer with a finished product, starting from the rough stock bar length.
This line will be available in Ralc Italia until the second week of August.
