Pharmaceuticals manufacturer achieves high capacity production of APIs with Russell Finex screening solutions

Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals Limited (Sri Krishna Pharma) is a well-known manufacturer in pharmaceutical industry. This company supplies more than 150 drugs to the Asian, Europe and USA pharmaceutical market. When deciding to increase production at one of their facilities, the company contacted Russell Finex for a high-quality screening solution. After a thorough assessment of Sri Krishna Pharma’s unique requirement, Russell Finex supplied three 900mm diameter Russell Compact Sieves® with Vibrasonic® Deblinding Systems (VDS). The Russell Compact Sieve® is a vibratory screener capable of achieving higher throughput rates per unit mesh area compared to conventional vibrating screens. Also, fitting the Russell Compact Sieve® with the VDS guarantees these powders can be screened on finer meshes without compromising flow rates.
