JAMIN 133, the hermetic luminaire for ATEX Zones 2, 21 and 22
SAMMODE, specializing in ATEX lighting for almost 40 years, designs luminaires according to strict criteria of robustness and sealing to withstand extreme environments. Based on our experiences and our detailed knowledge of the specific nature of our clients’ businesses (chemical, petrochemical, onshore and offshore installations, water treatment, etc.), we launch the JAMIN 133 range as a hermetic lighting solution with high resistance and long service life. Hence we propose our customers a return on investment and reduced maintenance costs.
Compliant with the new standards EN 60079-0, EN 60079-1, EN 60079-7, EN 60079-18 and EN 60079-31, this range is equipped with a patented guided-gear plate system, which facilitates the lamp changing and, by that, reduces the maintenance time. Furthermore, it is equipped with our new co-extruded polycarbonate/methacrylate diffuser combining the shock resistance of polycarbonate, and the chemical resistance to oils and hydrocarbons of methacrylate. Finally, the locking system, coupled with judicious choices of materials, ensures an absolute imperviousness (IP68) during the whole lifetime of the luminaire, resisting to oil and high-pressure jet cleaning (IP69K).
We offer luminaires for one for one replacement (2x36W and 2x58W). That means you can optimize and lower your energy consumption, while maintaining the layout of your installation and still generating the same lighting results. The JAMIN 133 range is available in 2 versions (6400lm and 10700lm) and includes high-efficiency LED modules (145lm/W) to reduce the energy consumption associated with lighting. Additionally they are designed for frequent on/off cycles and are so suitable for the explicit use in low-traffic areas.
SAMMODE embodies its commitment to the quality and sustainability of its light fittings by offering a five year warranty.
