Thermal shock test chamber/ Two zone/Energy saving

Product work principle:

(Two zone) thermal shock test chamber system structure can be divided into two parts. Namely, high temperature tank (preheating zone), cryogenic tank (pre-cooling zone). Testing principle; mainly by controlling the portable basket (test samples district) to quickly move between cryogenic tank and high temperature tank to achieve rapid thermal shock test. The test samples along with mobile gondola to move together during whole testing process.

3.Temperature deviation:±2.0℃(≤+150℃h)±3.0℃(>+150℃h)

4. Temperature recovery performance:

⑴Temperature recovery time:≤5min

⑵The switch time of basket:≤5 sec

⑶Recovery conditions:

High temperature exposure: +85℃ 30min

Low temperature exposure: -40℃ 30min
