SANY brings latest products to BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA 2016

From Dec 12 to 15, 2016, SANY showcased 15 units of machines and won huge orders across product ranges and inquiries at BAUMA CONEXPO that took place at HUDA Ground in Gurgaon/Delhi, India.

SANY India, with an exhibition area of 2,625 square meters, presented its latest excavator, rough terrain crane, tower crane, road and concrete machinery that catered to the local mining, road and construction industry. It also announced SY-220 C-9 for quarry and SY-240 C-9HD - an upgraded heavy duty version of 24tonne excavator.

These quality products customized for the Indian market attracted numerous visitors to SANY’s booth, which generated orders of multiple excavator models, drilling rigs, motor graders and 40tonne cranes and hundreds of inquiries for all the machines on exhibition.

“Over the years, SANY India has experienced a surge in the demand of heavy construction equipment. With SANY’s elaborate design, optimized layout and superior quality, we have always endeavored to deliver competitive products to our customers in the industry. We are optimistic that with our new range of heavy equipment, we will be able to offer better customer experience,” Mr. Deepak Garg, SANY India CEO said.

“India is essential to SANY’s global business development.” Just as Chairman of SANY Heavy Industry, Mr. Liang Wengen said during his research trip to India last month. As early as a decade ago, SANY built its first overseas R&D and manufacturing base in Pune, western India, and has made impressive growth in recent years. From Jan to Oct 2016, SANY India’s sales increased by 63% over the same period last year and is expected to exceed 1 billion RMB (144 million USD) by 2016 end.

SANY India has achieved local production and sold its machines to neighboring countries and Africa. In addition, SANY is planning to add production lines of tower crane, mining trucks and precast concrete equipment to expand the business scope.
