Virgilio Perez Guembe is new Head of Sales at SCHWING Technologies

Spaniard takes a leading position with thermal cleaning expert

Virgilio Perez Guembe is the new Head of Sales at SCHWING Technologies, a leading international manufacturer of thermal cleaning systems based in the Lower Rhine region. Born in Spain, he has been working for the medium-sized company since 2014. As sales manager, he was previously responsible for the sales of cleaning systems for extrusion, injection moulding and recycling as well as market developments in Asia and South America. The graduate engineer supported his international clientele with solutions for polymer-contaminated tools and machine parts for plastics production and polymer processing.

Virgilio Perez Guembe is now head of the 20 sales and after-sales team at SCHWING Technologies. He succeeds Udo Heffungs, who after more than 40 years of sales management will in future work as a senior expert for the mechanical engineering company. Perez Guembe has over 20 years of international sales experience and acquired his theoretical background at the universities of Navarra, Glasgow and Leuven. In his new position, he will focus particularly on the Asian markets and further expand the European and South American sales markets.
