Mayer bar coating head

Secad has recently delivered a Mayer bar coating head to a leading multinational company in the self-adhesive products sector.

This head is designed to be inserted into an existing installation, with an 1,550 mm useable width.

It is equipped with a quick coupling system of the bar for minimizing downtime.

Internally, the head is fully covered with an anti-adhesive treatment in all aspects.

The head is equipped with a power system that constantly keeps the adhesive clean, free of foam and impurities.

In addition, while being extremely easy to use, the head includes many settings and configurations for an optimal coating in all conditions and for any type of substrate.

Customers with high productivity needs can implement it with a NON-STOP bar changing system
