SP-9 Z-lock Mineral Wool/ EPS Sandwich panel production line

The SP-9 Z Lock Colored Steel Sandwich Panel production line mainly consists of the Corrugated Roll Forming Machine and the Colored Steel Sandwich Panel Laminator. The whole production line consists of the un-coiler, cold-bending roll forming machine, cutting unit for color steel sheet, semi or auto feeding unit for EPS sheet or mineral wool panel, shallow wave , mixed-glue spraying, heating and pressurizing system, flat curling, grooving, automatic plastic film coating device, pneumatic clamping device for cutting, automatic cutting, stacker for the finished panels, wrapping, etc;

Features:

1.The transmission of the sandwich panel laminator uses worm-worm gear transmission system.

2.The sandwich panel laminator uses the frequency regulator to automatically cut according to the pre-set sandwich panel length;

3. The sandwich panel laminator uses rubber-coated roller type laminator to protect the color paint on the colored steel as well as during the pressurizing of the sandwich panel;

4.The sandwich panel laminator has a high quality and thick wall rectangular steel welding method, and to get rid of the rust, polishing, smoothing and aging treament.

5.The recommended core materials for Sandwich Panel: EPS Panels, PU Panels, XPS Panels and Mineral Wool Panels;
