SHEMESH AUTOMATION SHOWCASES STRATUM FILLER AT INTERPACK 17
Advanced in-line automatic servo driven filler for viscous and free flowing liquids
Shemesh Automation (SA) welcomed hundreds of intrigued guests to its stand at Interpack 2017, Dusseldorf, Germany for live demos of its ground-breaking STRATUM liquid filling machine.
For the first time ever, the newest version of SA's already proven top seller STRATUM; the advanced in-line automatic servo driven filler for viscous and free flowing liquids, was on display at the Dusseldorf show.
Already sold to over 100 global players in the food and beverage, health and beauty, and chemical industries – both as a stand-alone unit and as a part of complete turnkey production line – The SA STRATUM is specifically designed to fill foaming viscous liquids.
From water, peanut butter and ink, to pastes, creams and paints – the SA Stratum is designed to fill a wide range of liquids and particulates with a wide spectrum of viscosity levels.
Specifically designed to fill viscous liquids with ultra-high accuracy of +/- 0.25%, the Stratum has servo driven piston technology at each filling station, which significantly lowers utilities consumption and reducing costs while boosting portioning accuracy levels.
Shemesh Automation fillers are also available in monoblock configurations.
