New SOLO Swiss Heat Treatment Line at Chongqing Changfeng in China

SOLO Swiss Heat Treatment Line

SOLO Swiss has recently installed and commissioned a new automatic heat treatment line with 300 kg capacity at Chongqing Changfeng in China.

This new Profitherm 300 heat treatment line, is equipped with 2 hardening furnaces, 4 tempering furnaces (high and low temperature), 3 quench tanks (salt, water and oil), 2 washing machines (oil and salt), 1 robot, 1 salt recovery system and 5 loading/unloading tables.

This equipment is powered by the AXRON process control system with SIEMENS technology.

Chongqing Changfeng is a government industry located in the Sichuan province of China.
