530 series optocouplers for the galvanic separation of intrinsic safety circuits have a isolation voltage from 10kVDC up to 22kVDC, Current Transfer Ratio 50%, cutoff 50kHz, a insulation resistance input /output up to 10^12 Ω and the creepage distance between input and output for highest safety requirements is up to 39mm. The operating temperature is -40°C up to 100°C.
