Reorganization of the STAS-LIFTEUROP workshop

Stock optimization, refurbishment of work areas, setting up new machinery, improved workstation ergonomics, flexibility and more: STAS-LIFTEUROP left nothing to chance when reorganizing its lifting equipment and accessories production workshop.

“Our goal when refurbishing was to optimize work flow and maintain an appropriate and fit-for-purpose stock. Components for everyday use are kept in the workshop, whilst other equipment is placed in the storage area. Thanks to the new management, the workplace has been brought up to date, unnecessary trips are avoided and we are able to provide better turnaround times for our customers”, explains Raphaël Bozet, Workshop Responsible.
