Available in 1GB to 128GB capacity points and a standard (0°C to 70°C) or extended (–45°C to 90°C) temperature range. As with all of the Cactus Technologies industrial grade SSD (Solid State Drive) products long life cycles, BOM control, industrial strength ECC, wear leveling and defect management are built in.
