The new TQZ is an impact crusher - from the recycling specialists THM Recycling Solutions GmbH - for a gentle and efficient disintegration of various composite materials with lots of foreign materials such as of white goods, electronic scrap, organic waste, etc.

The grinding tools of the TQZ consist of rotating chains instead of hammer or knives. The rotating chain elements hit and accelerate the material. By mutual collision and impact the composites are mechanically disintegrated. The different physical properties of the different materials results in various fractions. The adjustable batch time determined the size and shape of the material. The chain tools are replaceable in a matter of minutes.

The working area of the machine is lined with thick, segmented wear plates made of extremely durable Hardox. The wear plates are fastened with screws and can be replaced easily and quickly. Due to the segmented lining, worn elements can be replaced as needed. As a result the simple, selective exchange will greatly reduce wear costs and downtimes.

The new Crusher series TQZ 1200 to TQZ 2500 from THM has a working diameter of 1200 mm to 2500 mm and a drive power of 90 kW to 315 kW and is equipped with an extra-large flywheel.

The TQZ is a closed system and insensibility to impurities and foreign material and offers a high throughput of up to 17 t / h (25 t / h in the organic sector). Various operating modes (batch- or continuous operation) are possible. The machine is controlled via a 7 " color touch panel.
