PORTACOUNT NOW COMPLIANT WITH THE INRS ED6273 FIT TEST PROTOCOL

As of the release of ED6273, the PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester is an INRS compliant fit test solution for any respirator you use.

TSI is excited to announce PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester compliance with the French INRS protocol ED6273.

The Institut National de Recherche et de Sécurité (INRS) is a French scientific and technical body, contributing to the prevention of occupational risks by preparing and publishing documents relating to occupational health and safety. INRS has developed a technical document, (reference ED 6273) defining a protocol for fit tests that accepts the use of PortaCount instruments for quantitative testing.

As of the release of ED6273, the PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester is an INRS compliant fit test solution for any respirator you use. The INRS protocol is available on the instrument and does not require any additional settings or changes, making compliance convenient and easy.

“We’re excited to offer the industry’s top quantitative testing method which is fully compatible with France’s industry standards to our French customers. From training and mask selection, through recordkeeping and compliance, PortaCount supports the user’s entire program - all INRS compliant and with full French language support”, said Ramesh Mani, TSI Global Product Manager – Respirator Fit Testing.
