COMING SOON -- Sneak peak at NEP Series upgrade

We are excited to be welcoming our 100th anniversary in soon, and with it another decade of pushing the boundaries of chain quality and performance. We''ll be keeping you abreast of upgrades as the time approaches, but we wanted to give you a sneak peak at what changes are in store for NEP Series.

Our new and improved NEP Series chain will provide the same high level of corrosion (rust) resistance you''ve come to expect from NEP but with long-lasting protection against chemicals (especially alkalis such as 5% sodium hydroxide solutions and 1000ppm sodium hypochlorite solutions, which are heavily used for cleaning and disinfecting in the food industry).

It will still be RoHS compliant and not contain hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, or other harmful substances in its corrosion resistant surface treatment. (RoHS is a directive issued by the European Union limiting the use of specified hazardous substances in electronics or electrical equipment.)

Further, its special surface treatment does not affect chain strength (part hardness). You can still expect the same tensile strength and allowable load as standard steel chain, thereby providing higher strength than with stainless steel chains but with lower costs.
