Introducing Tsubaki’s New G8 Series Heavy Duty Drive Chain

Tsubaki, with the world’s most advanced chain manufacturing facility, is committed to continual improvements of its products. Every decade Tsubaki upgrades and innovates its RS Roller Chain – with this decadal change coinciding with Tsubaki’s 100th anniversary, Tsubaki has upgraded its entire roller chain line-up.

This includes Tsubaki’s tough Heavy Duty Drive Chain Series, which we have not improved upon since its launch in 1966. Tsubaki Heavy Duty Drive Chain, which provides higher kilowatt ratings, allowable load, and greater tensile strength than RS Roller Chain, is now stronger than ever!

G8 Series RS-HT Drive Chain: Now featuring solid bushes for more than twice the wear life of the previous series, we now offer optional slip-fit connecting links to make on-site chain connection a snap!

G8 Series Super Chain: Technological advances have allowed us to push the maximum allowable load up a further 5 – 10%.

G8 Series Super-H Chain: Now featuring Tsubaki patented ring coining on the inner link plates and 20% higher maximum allowable load than the previous series.

Tsubaki also offers a new Tough Tooth Sprocket specially designed for use with Tsubaki Heavy Duty Drive Chains. Tsubaki Tough Tooth Sprockets feature hardened teeth, and a hardened hub with a 43% higher allowable keyway surface pressure. An optional special coating is available to increase tooth strength to over HV800, and we offer optional shaft services too.
