GR8 system fulfils the strict requirements of the Automotive industry and is also suitable for different picking applications of various fields, from the food & beverage to the packaging, from the wood & glass to the CD/DVD industries.

The GR8 system is fully UNIVER original, offering a complete solution inclusive of a wide range of complementary components like clamps and valves, which are entirely produced by UNIVER. UNIVER develops directly each single GR8 tooling, from the project design to the validation of customer''s application, from the construction to the onsite installation.

UNIVER tooling system GR8ness is manifold. The modularity and the unlimited orientation in space of its components allow to reduce the number of mounting elements needed to build the structure and permit free configuration. Additionally, since no welding, doweling or cutting is required, the installation is quick and adjustments in the set-up phase or part change-overs are carried out easily. Its components are joined by means of an innovative locking ring, which guarantees a high level of positional accuracy without reducing the flexibility of configuration. What is more, the high quality of its structure and elements ensures that almost no maintenance is needed in time.
