Comparing with Chinaplas 2015 in Guangzhou and 2014 in Shanghai, Chinaplas 2016 has more either exhibitors or visitors than ever. And the number of new clients accounts for 20% plus. The introduction of newly SAT-E series twin screw attracted considerable attentions. It features higher specific torque and lower energy consumption due to its new heating method. Instead of heating plate, we adopt more efficient heating bar. By this way, the heating bars get closer to polymers inside of the barrel so that the heating will be more efficient. The outsides of barrel are covered by insulation material which can save electricity further. German gearbox brings more powerful and stable power transmission which increases the specific torque up to 12.

The signing of Paris Agreement in New York last weekend has made the Earth Day in a historic way. This will be a positive and mandatory signal for all countries to phase out the usage of HCFCs. CO2 foam becomes a hot topic again. Some XPS manufacturers have to turn to CO2 foam due to the pressure of supply ration and ever-increasing price of HCFCs. So many XPS production lines in developing countries are waiting to upgrade or replace with CO2 foam technology. We have been helping UNIDO implement many HCFCs phasing-out projects worldwide.
