New chemically resistant speed-controlled vacuum system for process applications

VACUUBRAND’s new VAC 24seven series for pilot and industrial plants was announced during the ACHEMA 2015 in Frankfurt. Proven chemically resistant diaphragm technology vacuum pumps have been combined into a powerful modular process vacuum system. For applications involving aggressive and condensable gases and vapors, it provides a reliable, clean, oil- and contamination-free vacuum source. Front mounted inlet catch pots for easy access, keep the pumps clean and dry. The VACUUBRAND VARIO® control technology provides “on demand” vacuum as required. The central control unit determines the power required and controls the speed of each of the individual pumps accordingly throughout the entire process. This both maximizes the energy savings and significantly extends the maintenance intervals. The unique ability to service individual pumps during operation without interruption, ensures continuous vacuum plant availability 24 hours, 7 days per week – VAC 24seven.
