Vision Engineering has launched the new Swift video measuring system which incorporates the ''next generation'' multi-touch measurement software, featuring ''touch-to-measure'' technology, making Swift exceptionally intuitive, easy to operate and easy to learn.
With the capability of incorporating a DXF overlay, the Swift is able to provide a quick and simple way of checking the pitch of connector pins. The high resolution video camera provides a superb image to allow operators to simultaneously check the quality of the pin and the pitch between them.
The efficiency of the software is demonstrated by its touch-screen capability so operators can ''pinch'' to zoom, ''swipe'' to pan across an image and ''touch'' to take a measurement. Other features include a rotating cross hair and part view capability.
