THE APPLICATIONS OF CIRCULATION HEATERS

Flanged immersion heaters are the most efficacious and cost effective industrial heating devices that are flexible, easy to operate and require minimal maintenance.

Circulation heaters are a popular type of immersion heaters that are typically used in preheating, regulating and maintaining temperatures of gases and fluids that are a part of large-scale military, commercial and industrial processes. There are various installation or configuration types for circulation heaters that include closed loop installations with indirect heating or direct heating and open heating configuration.

Importance in Oil Industry

In oil industries, immersion heaters are used to provide the right amount of heat to oil which makes it easy to flow through pipes. Once installed to the oil tank or the container, the tank heater (Immersion heaters) are undetachable however you can remove different parts from the device for repair and maintenance. These are especially designed with a powerful body with superior technological modifications that makes them sturdy enough to withstand extreme weather and environment along with being long lasting than many other similar contraptions. · If possible, have a test run before buying but remember not to exceed the actual temperature or watt density.

· Latest technology includes the temperature control mechanism built outside the actual heater so you can easily monitor and manage the process away from the device. This has proved beneficial for health and safety.

· The terminal enclosure must be well adjusted and of the right size to cover the wiring and control mechanism from damage.

· For large storage tanks, it is recommended to apply large size or multiple heaters to provide the exact temperature keeping the oil viscous enough to flow easily through pipes.
