The WEH® TW01 - a real multi-talent

Like all WEH® Products the TW01 is extremely durable, easy to maintain and achieves impressive cost savings as a result of excellent productivity gains. Tubes, hoses and many other components can be instantly connected ready for pressure and vacuum testing for leaks by applying underwater, pressure decay and helium testing. Both flushing and filling of components also form part of the wide range of applications this impressive product is suited for.

With its pneumatic actuation, the TW01 has proved to be particularly effective for quality control during production and automated testing of components and assemblies such as test benches, measuring devices, transducers, valves, pressure vessels, plastic bottles, pumps, filters, etc.

The connector offers easy operation. It is simply placed into the test piece and pilot pressure is applied. The elastic front seal then compresses into the test piece, compensating for possible tolerances in a component‘s size. By connecting in seconds considerable time and cost saving is achieved and thus

productivity is increased.

The WEH® TW01 test connector reliably seals onto components with external diameters of 7.7 mm up to 176 mm and is rated for a maximum pressure of 9 bar. A version is also available for connection to threaded components. For sealing external tube diameters WEH has designed the TW02 which has the same outstanding features as the TW01 and is perfectly suited to this type of connection.
