3nine Oil mist separator Anna

The Anna 600 is suited for all applications involving processes using oil, coolants or other lubricants. The Anna works on all machine tools with a cabin volume up to 6m3 (212 CF).

The oil mist separators from the GREEN LINE Series combines disk stack technology with counter flow technology and are suitable for applications with high degrees of solid particles combined with large quantities of oil mist. The oil mist separators are therefore compatible with tough applications such as grinding and machining of cast iron, as well as applications such as turning and milling.

The GREEN LINE Series of units can separate 100% of all particles down to 1µm and 82% of particles as small as 0.75µm. Since most of the fluid particles are separated in the disk stack, maintenance is lowered to a minimum and reuse of cutting fluid is allowed. We use a HEPA filter for a final stage cleaning resulting in the air vented back into the shop being 99.97 % clean.

With the Anna 600 you will have full control over its performance and full knowledge of its mechanical status. Equipped with our advanced 3nine monitoring system, it reports on the HEPA filter status, the condition of the drive belt, rotor and motor. The status of the machine is then communicated through a LED RGB-strip on the front and back of the machine.
