Centrifugal disks

The working tank consists of two parts : the upper part is fixed and the down part or plate is rotating.

An appointed gap seal, separates these two parts. It must be rigorously controlled; finally, using abrasive or parts whose size approaches that of the joint must be absolutely avoided.

During treatment, the movement of the workpieces is toroidal, due to the plate movement.

The energy generated by this type of equipment is approximately 5 times greater than in a vibrator.

However, it is about 5 times lower than in centrifugal barrel, which have not the disadvantage of having a seal to maintain.
