AC-AC Frequency Converter with PFC Universal AC input and Sine Wave Output
ABSOPULSE field-proven, microprocessor controlled high frequency PWM technology enables compact construction and high efficiency. The convection cooled units are housed in compact, robust 153 x 67 x 357mm vented chassis which are ruggedized and the internal board is conformal coated for immunity to high levels of shock, vibration, moisture and other contaminants.
The series has filtering on the input and output for low noise and meet EN55022 Class A or B, depending on application requirements. Active power factor correction is used to minimize input harmonic current distortion and ensure compliance with the EN6100-3-2 directive, with a power factor of 0.97 at full load for the entire input range. Generous design headroom and the use of designed-in components with established reliability contribute to high MTBF.
