Machine Testing - Waste PVB Recycling And Pelletizing

Last Friday, we use our ACS series compacting and pelletizing machine to recycle PVB material. We achieved successful.

One of our customer inquired us if our pelletizing machine can recycle PVB material. They said that they already have a pelletizing machine for PVB re-pelletizing. But there are small black marks in their final PVB pellets. They doubt that our pelletizing machine may have same problem.

After many negotiations, we persuaded our customers to send some PVB raw materials to our factory for trial.

After a series of preparations, we turned on last Friday. The final pellets from our pelletizing machine are as follows:

The pellets are white and flawless. Our customer is very satisfied with our machine. They will order our machine soon.
