Special fish slicer, ideal for cutting salmon sides and fish fillets

The Mare 350 model from ADE cuts easily into fine and even slices. Its smooth-running and easy-to-move cutting feed adjustable in inclination from 15° to 45° for different slice sizes. Special ribs for non-stick effect and guide rail ensure safely sliding foodl. The carriage surface is made of food-grade plastic, the cutting thickness is continuously adjustable from 0 – 20 mm. In addition, the “Better Blade” is used here: Our latest-generation multi-function blade with 2-level profile and hard-chrome surface finish ensures improved non-stick effect and aroma protection.
