Advantech, a leading mobile computing platform provider, is pleased to announce TREK-773 – the third-generation of the widely adopted TREK-753 mobile data terminal. Equipped with Intel® Atom™ E3826 system-on-chip (SoC) , TREK-773 complies with the MIL-STD-810G and 5M3 specifications for shock/vibration resistance, ideal for on-road vehicle applications, long-haul utility fleets, public safety and heavy duty vehicles. Built-in GPS, AGPS, Bluetooth, WLAN, and WWAN modules facilitate data transmissions, and real-time communication for remote management. An embedded CAN controller supports dual CAN Bus interface for vehicle status monitoring and external CAN device management. Compatible with ISO7637-2 and SAE-J1113- certified 12/24 V vehicle power, it supports DC 6 ~ 32 V power input and features programmable vehicle power management technology.

TREK-773 features an Intel® Atom™ E3826 SoC processor and ruggedized industrial-grade chassis that ensure a wide operating temperature range (-30 ~ 60 °C) and 5M3-compliant shock and vibration tolerance. Upgraded to IK-06 with chemically strengthened ITO glass, the 7" touchscreen panel can withstand 1Joul impact of a steel ball. The IP54-certified I/O cover protects rich I/O, the cable attachments and connectors from water and dust, cables are protected by routing around the base of the unit, and a solid rubber seal holds the housing tight to the device.

● Comprehensive Platform with a Wide Range of Functions

TREK-773 is equipped with near field communication (NFC) technology for driver identification, CAN Bus for vehicle diagnostics, GPS for location monitoring, and 4G LTE for real-time data transfers without signal restriction. An SMA connector provides a flexible antenna phase, and the antenna combined diploe and external antenna, enhancing GPS, WLAN, and WWAN signals, and improving real-time data transfers and communication. TREK-773 also supports video camera surveillance for driver behavior management and video-in for real-time rear view monitoring.
