DTS-HE Heat Exchanger
cooling/heating media. Each exchanger is designed with an our exclusive and purpose-designed software for each project based on data supplied by the client and may be single pass or multi passes.
The number of passes (tube side) is etablished according to the speed and pressure drop and may vary from 1 up to 8 by changing the number of outward and inward chambers.

Design and working principles :
The product media flows through a bundle of tube. The service media flows channelled inside the shell in cross flow in order to ensure maximum efficiency. At each end the tubes are fastened by two tube sheets acting as leakage indicators and prevent cross contamination between the product and the service media.
A bellow welded into the shell takes up any thermal fatigue caused by large temperature changes.
The unit shall be supplied with or without thermal insulation.
For an easy installation, lifting and mounting device are welded on the unit.
