The AFT100 can be configured for agricultural ground conditions BUT ALSO hard ground conditions using a heavy duty bullet chain. A bullet chain allows the trencher to dig in difficult conditions like stones, asphalt, hard core, etc.

The AFT100 has been designed to dig through heavy clay without significant clogging. The trencher allows drainage pipe to be laid immediately after the trench is cut, using a laser to achieve the right gradient.

Formosa Fencing completed 10 km of CCTV infrastructure in a solar park with the AFT100 trencher. Using an attachment trencher on a 100 HP tractor allows easy access between solar panels and fence lines. An AFT100 is also a fraction of the cost of a self motorised machine.
